Conditions for Refunds:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase.
  • Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless they were defective.
  • Products purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are not eligible for refunds unless defective.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product via the original payment method or store credit.

Exchanges
